The 100 branch franchised network of City Finance briefed us on renovating their brand and re-launching to an ever-growing and highly competitive category. Advertising & Marketing Consultant Lisa Neighbour had been employed to provide strategic direction for this campaign. As part of this process, valuable research was conducted from which the creative direction was formulated. Almost every aspect of the brand was refurbished and TV, print, signage and outdoor elements were developed. Individual franchisees have completely revitalised their branches with new signage and overall, the City Finance franchise is enjoying increased business activity since the launch of the campaign.
